The team was incredibly helpful, taking care of everything, including the seamless Visa process in Dubai, with pick-up and drop-off, which I didn’t have to worry about. They provided helpful tips in preparation for the trip. During the tour, the guide was also very friendly and went a long way to keep us happy and satisfied. They even cooked some traditional food by the lakes and in the mountains, as we specifically requested to try some special local dishes. Additionally, the guide arranged a special dinner at a family’s house, which was an amazing experience, allowing us to try even more new food. The country itself is beautiful, with stunning landscapes that left us in awe. It was a truly eye-opening experience. I highly recommend visiting the country and using RJ Travel!

This visit to Yemen exceeded all expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the Yemen I remember from previous visits had not really changed at all. Excellent driver and guide went out of their way to make sure I went everywhere that I wanted to see. Had zero safety concerns the whole time. RJ Travel did a superb job making all the arrangements and everything ran smoothly. For anyone wanting something a little different, eastern Yemen is open for business!

Had an excellent time in Lebanon, arranged by RJ Travel for 7 days, excellent service from taking our booking by Joao, quick to respond to email queries, set itinerary and tour price. Karim our guide/driver was great with explanation and showing us around, we travelled around Lebanon, seen so much Baelbek, Grotto, Tyre, Tripoli, Beirut, Harissa, Byblos, Anjar winery, Cedars of God and more. The 12-day trip to Iraq was incredible. Visiting ancient Mesopotamia was a dream of mine since my student days. Exploring the mythical Babylon, walking along the banks of the Tigris and Euphrates, sailing through the marshes, visiting the ruins of old ziggurats and mythical cities was a dream come true. The support we received from RJ Travel both before and during the entire trip was top-notch. Our guide Youssef and driver Ahmed were fantastic; we felt like we were among friends. The sense of security and the kindness of the people made us feel welcome and eliminated any doubts we might have had initially. I highly recommend this trip and this country.

Went to Syria with a friend and booked our trip with RJ Tours. Honestly, I couldn’t find fault with the trip. It was perfectly organised from start to finish. We booked our own flights as we decided to fly direct to Damascus but other than that RJ Tours organised everything. Hotels were nice. All the trips that we requested ran like clockwork. We were nervous travelling to Syria but RJ Tours made sure that all our questions/concerns were answered before we left. The highlight of our trip was our tour guide – Loujain Nasser. She went out of her way to ensure we experienced everything and really got to experience what Syria was all about. On our final day we had requested a tour of Damascus city and Loujain met us at 9:30am at our hotel and stayed with us until 10pm ensuring we saw EVERTING! She even brought us to her house to meet her family and we got a beautifully home cooked meal by her mother. If you are thinking of travelling to Syria (which I 100% highly recommend) then I would definitely book with RJ Tours and request to have Loujain as your guide! What an amazing trip overall: the scenery, history, culture, food and people! Syria is unique and has to be seen.

Well-organized 7-day trip through Afghanistan. The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the visit to the iconic Buddhas of Bamiyan, a UNESCO World Heritage site. One of the key reasons this journey was so exceptional was our fantastic local guide. His knowledge of Afghanistan’s history, traditions, and landmarks was truly impressive, and he navigated us through the country with ease and confidence. Would do it again! Highly recommended!

João organized a tour of Iraq for us. We were four friends and started in Erbil in Kurdistan. The guide was exceptional. RJ Travel was very good with communication and was helpful when we needed to make changes to the itinerary. He understood what our goals for this trip were and made everything happen.
