You will begin your day by reaching the mountain top at 3:30 AM and witness the enchanting sunrise, then you will make your way down to the Monastery of Saint Catherine which was built between 548 and 565 BC at the mouth of a gap at the foot of Mount Sinai, near the town of Saint Catherine to be one of the oldest working Christian monasteries in the world.
