Start your journey with a hassle-free transfer from Queen Alia International Airport to your hotel in Amman. After check-in, you’ll have time to relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Your first full day begins with a city tour of Amman, where you’ll visit the Citadel and Roman Theater, offering a glimpse into the city’s rich past. Then, head to Jerash, an incredibly well-preserved Roman city with highlights like the Oval Plaza and the Temple of Artemis. In the afternoon, visit Ajloun Castle, a 12th-century fortress built by the Islamic commander Saladin. Return to Amman for the night.
Leave Amman to explore Jordan’s Desert Castles, known for their unique Islamic art and architecture. Visit Qasr Amra, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its frescoes, and Qasr Al-Azraq, used by Lawrence of Arabia. Afterward, unwind at the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth, and experience its mineral-rich waters. Return to Amman for overnight.
Travel along the King’s Highway, one of the oldest routes in the world, stopping first in Madaba to see the famous Byzantine mosaic map of the Holy Land. Then visit Mount Nebo, where Moses is said to have seen the Promised Land. Continue to Kerak, a medieval Crusader castle, before arriving in Petra for an overnight stay.
