The Stone Circles of Senegambia is a UNESCO World Heritage site in Gambia, West Africa. The site is home to over 1,000 stone circles created by the ancestors of the Serer people over 1,000 years ago. The circles range from just a few meters in diameter to over 30 meters, and their purpose is still a mystery.
